Since our collection includes pieces that are meticulously tailored to order to ensure the highest craftsmanship, we have a unified handling period for all orders:
Processing Time: 10 - 15 Days(including weekends)
Please note: Processing time (Handling time) is the duration from when an order is placed until it is handed over to our shipping carrier.
Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
Please note: Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.
We ship worldwide from our strategic fulfillment centers in Suzhou, China. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you may select your preferred shipping method at checkout:
The total time from when you place your order until it arrives at your destination is calculated as follows:
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
Upon shipment, you will receive a formal notification via email containing a tracking number. Please be advised that once a package is transferred to the postal service or courier, the carrier assumes control over the transit route and final delivery.
During peak periods, such as new collection launches or public holidays, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for our fulfillment team to process your order. Our team and carriers do not process shipments on major holidays.
